When our founder and his friends explored Nicaragua in the 70’s, they set out with a trailblazing spirit. The journey ultimately led them to begin cultivating coffee on Cerro de Jesus. Our coffee trees flourish beneath the cloud forest, amongst incredibly unique biodiversity, atop the highest mountain in its region. Today, we continue to manage the farmstead where it all began, ethically sourcing only the best quality beans and roasting them at our cafe in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley.
